Classic Rug Spa

I first used this company almost 3 years ago for my rugs. I have yet to be disappointed and would choose them over any cleaning service that bring their portable equipment to my home. My rugs are returned clean without any chemical residues. Communication has always been great with Richard and the office.

Terrible service, would not recommend. Communicatin between company and customer was appalling, needing to make repeated phone calls or emails. They didn't repair the fringe which was obviously damaged and that I had asked them to repair and instead secured the other fringe, which they claimed needed securing, without consulting me about this. They are also considerably more expensive than other Orientali rug cleaners. To be avoided!
