What is a customer worth?     

I've been going to this garage for many many years and they generally do good work at value for the money.  However, on the last occasion I had a radiator change and the next day my car started leaking transmission fluid, from a hose that was removed during the rad repair.  Instead of taking accountability for their more than probable glitch, the owner would rather keep the $71 from the hose fix, instead of granting a credit which I requested towards future repairs.   Have they no appreciation for the lifetime value of a customer?  After spending thousands there through the years, my business to them will be absolutely no more...

These guys are very good. They provide a great service, the results is reliable and they stand by their work. They work fast and are priced very well. I've been going there for nearly 15 years and would whole-heartedly recommend them.

Really HONEST people, I'd for sure go back whenever I have anything with my car. I felt big difference just changing the oil and add grease in some parts, the car is smoother and quieter.
