GAP FACTORY STORE

This place is one store I always stop in when visiting the city. The staff are openly friendly every single time. It's like they're actually glad to see you there. They'll help find stuff for you and show you things you might not have noticed otherwise. The clothes are what you expect from Gap. They're pretty well made and last a few months. There a great deal for the price. The location always seems to be well looked after, with everything folded and in its place. The dressing rooms are clean and well lit. And the selection is usually very good.

Good collection of both baby and kids collection. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very reasonable prices for good quality products.

I was trying to return items I purchased online. The young lady at the cash register was pleasant but the older lady was not. She only lifted her head to tell us they don’t sell the same stuff at that store with an expression of disgust on her face. We were surprised that something bought on line at the gap could not be returned at any of their stores except Halifax Shopping Centre. Again it’s not what we were told but how it was delivered, the young cashier tried to keep it positive the older lady could not disguise her annoyance with our surprise.
