I remember thinking that Cleo was an "old ladies" store that my mom would go to when I was in Claire's but I either grew into it or they've really modernized their fashion because it's now a go to for me! I'm now in my late 20's sure some of the patterns are a little... Dated still but there's lots of great work appropriate apparel and fun casual outfits to choose from.
