Our Service Department is running like a well- oiled machine, constantly adapting to bring you the best customer service possible. This department is one of most up-to-date facilities in the country and all our service technicians attend annual training sessions to stay ahead of the changing technology in today’s highly developed engines. The more knowledge that our technicians have about all types of vehicles, the better equipped we are to serve our customers.

We have a fully equipped collision centre that is able to do the smallest of repairs right up major collision repairs. We deal with all the major insurance companies across Canada.

Our Parts Department works hand-in-hand with service to have the right parts available at all times. In the event that we do not have the parts available we can obtain them within a 24-hour period. We do offer courtesy transportation in these circumstances. We have a fantastic availability of GM accessories for your car or truck, and also a good selection of NASCAR memorabilia.

Gananoque Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac has over 150 years of sales and customer service experience, combined between Dewey Hall, Dealer Principle, Jamie Hall, general manager and Peter Tingren there is 85 years. Peter Tingren is a Gold level sales master for over 23 years in the auto industry. Our Sales Department prides itself in our low turnover of staff, with 5 of our sales members having over 10 years experience each and many recognized sales awards with Gananoque Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac.

We believe that this is a winning combination, the sales staff who are always here for you, coupled with the service staff's commitment in keeping the promises made, therefore provides our customers with the highest level of service excellence and customer satisfaction in the industry.
