Solid 3.5 star! Good service and food but not excellent. The chicken had good flavor with the lemon sauce, but was a little bit on the dry side. Good portions, but a little pricey for what we got. Fries, garlic bread and garlic sauce were awesome! The other sauces were a bit too tart/sour. Very clean and organized dining area. The rice was good but seemed like the frozen variety. In a nutshell, a great restaurant for starving college students.
I am glad to see a Restaurant put a new spin on some thing as regular as chicken. They have a great selection of chicken, as well as Tex-Mex and bowls. They have a nice sports bar, atmosphere, and the service was great.
I’ve been here a few times and have had a relatively good experience. The food is good and the dining area is decent. I love the Galos wrap and the Piri fries or tots. However, today almost all the the tables were dirty and the employees weren’t busy. Someone definitely had time to clean up the dining area. The employees were polite and friendly, brought out my food and had a great attitude. I don’t think it should be on the customer to tell the staff to clean up a restaurant, so I didn’t. I sat at one of the two clean tables and enjoyed my food. **edit** As I was eating, the young guy up front cleaned up the dining area and bussed my table for me.
1st I'm impressed with the packaging. To go order in a nice handled brown bag, no stryophome. Not only did they include napkins in the order pet peeve of mine when you don't get basics from take out places they also included moist towelettes. You don't know how much I appreciate that as a delivery driver eating on the go. I get a lot of delivery orders from here & they're always pleasant to work with which in turn gets my business. I won't give places my business that aren't treating drivers well. I find a lot of places while I work & am scoping the place out as I work & too many places lost a chance at my business due to poor customer service towards drivers. The burger was mediocre. It did the job. It wasn't bad. It's just as plain as it looks. I got my iron intake that's all that matters I guess. Anemic I'm big on fried though I wish I knew about you guys last night. Awesome.
3.5 stars - This place is hit or miss. The bowls are fantastic, staff helpful, but your order does not always come out as requested often missing items and the restaurant itself is usually not very clean. I'm hopeful that it will improve because the food is worth it!
I really want to give this place five stars, however they can be very inconsistent with the service and quality of food. When the food is good though, it’s really good . We like the Galos chicken rice bowl and sometimes the chicken does not taste fresh. It has that taste like it is leftover and has been reheated. A couple times we’ve ordered and they’ve forgotten to give us any sauce which in my opinion is one of the best things about this place when we paid for extra. Obsessed with the cauliflower bites and onion rings. The batterthey use is the best! The chicken quesadilla is one of my favorite comfort foods. Highly recommend the lemon sauce with the rice bowl. We will continue to order from here, but hoping they get a little better with consistency in quality and service.
When my mom and I discovered this place, it instantly became one of our favorites. The chicken is tender, flavorful, and juicy, and the cauliflower bites are TO DIE FOR if you like those! We are never disappointed with the flavor, you can’t go wrong with grilled chicken done extremely well! I would recommend this place to anyone!
I'm not sure which was worse, the service or the food. Waited an additional 30 minutes after the pickup time, so an hour total. I tried to cancel my order once I realized my chicken still wasn't being prepared and was told it would only be a few more minutes. My sides were sitting on the counter the whole time. The person behind the register and the grill cook were arguing over what happened to my chicken order because the cook said he already prepared it. The garlic bread was made out of hamburger buns?? Missing baked potato from my order. Such a poor experience and the lack of food safety handling was stressful to watch. The staff never once changed gloves after sweeping, answering calls, going to the back, eating etc. Gross. I come here on my lunch once a week but never again.
I absolutely LOVE this place. I have eaten inside twice but mostly get it delivered. Every single time it has been delicious. I love the cheddar potato bites and the chicken quesadilla. I would definitely recommend coming and trying this place out especially if you’re on the fence and you love chicken.
Ok last September there was a big problem with staffing and we ordered but never received our food after waiting 1 hour. A young girl came in and said she refunded our money on my card but I never got it. It's mid November and under a new manager he refunded my money. We decided to come back and the food still tastes great, now the service is good too.
