Smaller screens but incredible seats, narrowly on par with Kitchener’s VIP seats. The self serve concession is unique and a good idea, although options for a fresh bag of popcorn would be nice, or layered butter, no butter, etc., as there are currently no labels or distinguishing between what’s placed on the shelves.nnDespite the above the theatre has a good, almost nostalgic feeling. I think I would opt to see the bigger movies in Kitchener purely for the screens, but Cambridge is nice for the smaller, more intimate movies. Coke freestyle is also a godsend and it should be standard everywhere.
This location is well kept, tickets are easily accessible and staff is happy and helpful. Soda fountain has many flavours and pop corn is kept warm. Free butter dispenser. Recliner seats are comfortable and seem to wipe down often. I would recommend this location above other Cineplex theaters because of its consistency.
Very comfortable recliners in the theatre and we saw a good movie so it was a good experience. Love movie theatre popcorn too. They served Coke products which are my favorite so washed down the popcorn with some cherry Coke
This seat has great seats and is in the mall so you can go shopping before the movie or hit up the food court if you are feeling hungry. They have self serve stations for food which is neat, and my wife and I have never had a bad experience with service.
Great experience at this theatre. The full recliner chairs are SO comfortable, and are perfect for kids as well. We didn’t need those hard boosters for them to be able to see the screen which helped them stay seated and comfortable during the movie. The popcorn and concessions are self serve which is neat, and the staff were so helpful in getting us trays for our popcorn and drinks I’ve never been offered one before at any other theatre. I’d say the only downside is the location of the bathroom if you have to do a mid-movie bathroom break, but not a huge deal. Will only go to this theatre from now on!
