I loved them. They helped me set up my account with no trouble at all, and tolerated all of my questions with ease and calm. My only issue is with their hours: not open on weekends is a little inconvenient. They're also a smaller place, but I don't personally hold that against them. 

All in all, a good place to do business. I'm glad I have an account here and I recommend friends.
