I have never been treated with anything except absolute friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism. I appreciate all who work there.

Horrible customer service on Pennsylvania in Lansing, MI. The bank manager had the nerve to try to interrogate me about a check I was cashing. If this unprofessional manager wants to interrogate people she should apply for the FBI. The clerk Rachel was just as rude, condescending, and unprofessional. If Rachel does not like her customer service job and does not have the social skills to deal with customers she should try applying to a university and switching careers. I'm not paid to be insulted by people who count money for a living. I left two messages for the regional manager and my calls were not returned. I am closing out my account and I would never recommend anyone open a account with DFCU. I have never been treated with so much disrespect from a company. Steven Showman is also a huge jerk who lacks customer service skills.

If I could give them less than one star I would. They by far are the worst Cu I have ever been a member at. They are a bank disguised as a cu.
