I've read similar reviews to mine.. Ordered at 5:50, no delivery time or window given. Called at 6:50 to check on the status of my order which they told me it was on its way. 7:50 comes around and finally the delivery driver shows up. Pizza cold, garlic bread cold, wings cold. Pizza was also burnt and dry as was the garlic bread. Not sure if they left it in the oven the entire two hours or not. TWO hours for a cold, dry, overcooked pizza. I don't have kids but I can't imagine feeding a family this garbage. Luckily I have three dogs so they ate well although they like their pizza warm and greasy too, not cold and dry. Can't give less than one star unfortunately. Charged full $47
Order breakfast for takeout. Food was okay, I do not recommend the breakfast Poutine
Great pizza! Went in to order a pizza for my self and some friends. Service was fast and friendly! Cashier was a nice guy and told me about their specials as well as some good pizza recommendations. We’ll be getting our pizzas here from now on.
I like Gabriel Pizza. Not only delicious, I feel like their L and XL sizes are totally bigger than dominos and Pizza Hut.
Website advertised 30.99 for medium pizza and wing special. Then was told it would be $45. So I downsized to a Small. Turned out to be $2 less with delivery. Not worth the money. Hardly any toppings I asked for, and half the wings had no sauce I’ll Stick to my pizzeria next door. Small veggie and pop for $15.
Order or ticket # 56 Oct 13th 2022 between orleans on st Joseph and Embrun I've been ordering for the last 40 years well between my parents and I. Today pizza came in 30 minutes late and cold!! You pay 50$plus for a pizza you expect it to be more than cold. Anyway not one to complain but was not happy when you can get other pizzas cheaper in Embrun
I’ve been a customer since 1977 and am very disappointed. Ordered 2 pizzas, one an Orleans favourite double cheese and both had very thick crusts and very little topping. I called to report and was offered a $3.00 credit for the extra cheese. I said that was unacceptable as both were terrible and the bumped it to $10. This was $50 wasted. I will never go back Edit: I did follow up with the email provided but haven’t received a response
We used to love this place and the food is great but it’s been 3 out of 4 deliveries have been 45mins + late and you can’t get status updates locally anymore…brings you to a call centre in India. So awesome food when it’s warm, so opt for pickup and good luck in the terror of a parking lot!
Order at 6pm, called customer service at 7:30 got told my pizza should be arriving shortly. 5 min later it arrives. Cold as stone... now waiting to hear it up to eat... terrible service tonight
Awful customer service. I ordered 2 pizzas at 6:20pm. The estimated time of delivery was 7:15pm. At 7:45pm I still had not received my order, so I called the restaurant. I was told that this location was just very busy and that all the orders were out for delivery already. At 7:50pm my partner calls and gets put on hold for 10 minutes and eventually hangs up. I then call at 8pm and the same thing happens to me. I was trying to cancel my order because I was no longer interested. Good thing I didn’t pay for the food online, so I am not out any money. It is now 8:25pm as I write this and there is still no order. Russell Restaurant may be pricey, but they have never done us this wrong. Update: We got our order at 8:30pm. Pizza was cold.
