Gabi's Smoke Shack

We chose Gabi’s to cater our wedding in Salem NH, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The food and service were both outstanding, and the food truck added a really cool, unique atmosphere to our backyard wedding! We had about 80 guests, and everyone raved it was the best food they ever had at a wedding. We’re so glad we chose Gabi’s instead of a “traditional” wedding caterer.

Great little place, delicious food! Low Low prices for great quality. Few tables inside, few tables outside. Dont pass this place up, it's great!

I went to college and grad school on the south side of Chicago where owner-owned BBQ joints are more ubiquitous than Subways or MacD's. This is the real thing. Fantastic beef brisket tacos- tender, meaty, charred but not overdone. The medium BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy, the spicy one is spicy but not too hot. Mac and Cheese with shell macaroni is the perfect side. Great picnic tables outside and parking- easy to get to. Highly recommend it.

OMG.... That is some of the best BBQ I've ever tasted! The brisket was incredible, the Mac and cheese was perfect. The baked beans were sweet and savory and cooked to perfection. The coleslaw is excellent, not too vinegary, not too bland... Excellent all the way around!!!!
