I recently had my wedding flowers done by this florist and 5 start wouldn't be enough. They were everything I could've hoped for. Very easy to deal with and great customer service. I wouldn't choose any other place. Great work

Very disappointed with this company's customer service, the way they treat their customers and their inability to take accountability for their mistakes. I attended my best friends wedding in Sydney and The flowers which were ordered were not even close to what were discussed. This was so disappointing and unfortunate, and the fact that this company would do nothing to make up for their mistake is amazing to me. Not the Canadian way for sure, and not how any business should operate.

I recently had my wedding flowers done by G&L Flowers and until I received the end product and refusal from them to make it right I would have had very positive things to say. Correspondence was quick and polite up until the bouquets for my wedding arrived looking nothing like what I had asked for. When I chose G & L Flowers I had done so due to recommendations and the fact they said they could do arrangements like the photos I had sent and had no problem communicating via messenger which was ideal as I am not from the area. This was clearly not the case. I had sent 3 photos of bouquets I liked, all very rustic with lots of greenery, more so than flowers and long flowing ribbons with exposed stems. When discussion of colour came up and specific flower choice I said i didnt care just not penoies and that I wanted them like the picture I had shown and to go with my bridesmaids dresses (to which I also sent a picture of thier dress colours). Pink was mentioned and I said sure but not a ton of it. What I got the day of my wedding was fully pink bouquets, with 2 white snow all mums, Christmas like cherry plants, wrapped stems and next to no greens which clashed with my bridesmaids colours. I was sure there was a mix up. I called and was assured they were my flowers, I sent pictures via Facebook messager of what I had asked for and what I got and was told nothing. I was told nothing could be done and those would have to suffice. My bridesmaids and I stripped my grandmothers garden of white hydrangeas and many various greenery, had to strip apart the bouquets and remake them in order to have flowers to carry. This made us very rushed for what had been a very calm on time morning and we ended up not getting photos taken before the wedding as just the girls. When I went to the shop the following week to see what they would do to make it right I was told it was my fault as I had agreed to pink and that there was nothing they did wrong, regardless that I had sent numerous photos of what I wanted and got nothing close to resembling it. I am not a florist, but I expected to get something close to what I had asked for. In the end, I would advise someone from out of town to not go with this florist as clearly you need to explain face to face exactly why you bothered to send photos of what you wanted or just deal with what you get. They were abrasive when I was deviated on my wedding day with flowers that clashed my girls dresses and even more so after the fact shoving back in my face messages I had sent and thay I was my failure to articulate what I wanted even though u had sent 3 photos of the arrangements I wanted several times. No apology or willingness to refund, just simply said it was my fault and a misunderstanding. Well, it was a 700$ misunderstanding I would hate another bride to live through.
