I travelled to Vietnam and Cambodia on G Adventures. at the last minutes I had G adventures pick me up at the Hanoi airport. The accommodated my needs and were exceptional. The whole trip was amazing and extremely well priced. I will do another trip with them. I have been telling everyone about G adventures. I have travelled to over 30 countries and know a lot about travelling. Great company.

My partner and I together, with friends, have been travelling with GAdventures for some time and have gone on numerous trips with them.  About a month ago we decided to go to India for a month Oct - November 2016.  And because it is a significant distance to travel, decided that we would combine several of the National Geographic trips that GAdventures offers into one outing.  Sounds great right!?  Well now we see that the pricing of one of the portions of the trip has been markedly reduced Ganges River cruise by about $1100 per person.  We asked that the cost of our trip be reduced to reflect this "on sale" amount.  GAdventures refused to do this and has made us cancel our original trip and rebook at a cost of $250 per person.  While we still save money by doing this, GAdventures customer service is not what it once was.  As a result of this I now rate their customer service as below par.  GAdventures will have to work to get my business back again!

Beware G adventures visa rip off.  I followed a link on their website to get a visa for Kenya and was directed to another website- CIBT visas-  purporting to be official but essentially trying to upsell me for unnecessary services and charge me double the actual cost for a visa itself.When I called G adventures to complain -  spoke to a manager called Fothia , she was absolutely no help, tried to disown CIBT and implied that it was my fault for not reading the small print on their website. Appalling customer service.

We went to Peru and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.  I would highly recommend this company for their attention to detail and very professional staff.

Had a great trip a few years ago. Can't wait to book my next one for next summer.

Never again- the tour guide was terrible! Very unprofessional and had severe control issues.
