Natalie stindl was super helpful and so patient with accommodating us to help us get the flights we needed, can't say enough about how good and helpful she was !!!

After trying to get back home to Australia for a few months and having a number of flights be cancelled, Natalie came to the rescue and has made the process much more tolerable. The service was great and most of the stress of getting home has been alleviated :
