I went to Luis’ FUNdamentals of Play event and I would recommend it to anyone that needs a little play in their lives. It was a full night of fun and games with some tips about how adding play to your life will improve the quality of your life. I think everyone could benefit from one of Luis’ PLAYshops.

've attended two Play Shops so far and both have far exceeded my expectations. It's such a fun experience that definitely puts you out of your comfort zone but I left feeling energized and motivated to share some of the things I learned with my team at work.
