After shopping around for a few days elsewhere for a bed, they talked me into buying a floor model Sealy Posturepedic Pro Back. Once delivered for almost $800, within half hour I realized that this bed was too hard for me...it felt extra firm with more hard coils between neck & ankles than normal beds. But they refused to let me return it! They finally agreed to give me $100 if i returbed it to them (and lose $700) but wanted to charge me a delivery rate again too. Stuck with bed that leaves me bruises & cannot sleep on. Terrible customer service because it seems that they only want your money, not your comfort. I have also spent $7,000 in the past with them. And have been going to store for over 40 years when their folks ran it. This is how the sons repay customer royalty? Terrible! I will never shop there again!

I recently bought a washer/dryer pair from these folks and we are very happy with the quality of service that we received as well as the price we paid. it's also great to support smaller, family businesses in the area!

Our entire house is furnished through Fuller Watson and we have been going there for many years. They have great products, lots of variety, competitive prices and excellent customer service. I strongly recommend for all your furniture and appliance needs.
