Fuller Family Medicine

Ok, I’ve gone here for years with several medical issues that were always a “nay” from Melissa fuller. I went to an appointment one day and there was a huge billboard advert for liposuction in the waiting room and pamphlets advertising on the counter. I had noticed that the medical care was going downhill (with the exception of the gal who draws blood for lab work) everyone has a crappy look on their face like they hated their job, and I was NOT receiving proper medical care from Melissa Fuller. I was fine she’d say. Hard to get a referral to a specialist. Well, after they became more interested in the liposuction I was finally able to get the referral I needed. Not only do I have osteoarthritis, yes I do have rheumatoid and he found I have fibromyalgia!! It was pretty simple for him to find this issue with me. So why fuller family Med did you not? Why did you treat me differently? I firmly believe the fact I have chronic ptsd and anxiety were the write offs for “nothing is wrong with you”. The stigma thing. Plus liposuction offered in office for a family medical practice? I should have noticed the red flags before, but the liposuction ads finally made me decide it was time to find a new family doctor. Excellent, Doctors Brad and Melissa Fuller are top notch. The staff is very professional. Years of practice. I saw Dr. Melissa in the mid 80s at another facility.

Very disappointed in the way my issues were handled. Melissa Fuller seemed like I was wasting her time and didn't even really listen to what my problems were and when I asked why I was being put on the medication I was given, I was either ignored or basically told "because I'm the doctor." poor listening skills from those in charge and just make people feel stupid for asking questions or making me feel like I'm wasting their time. The nursing staff is GREAT, but I don't feel comfortable going back to this facility because of the way I was treated from those in charge making me feel like I was an idiot for trying to understand what was going on.

I moved here from south Dakota and found myself I need of a doctor. Having a sister that lives here in billings she told me about fuller family medicine. So I took a chance and must say best doctor I have ever been to. Dr Mellissa fuller is a doctor that treats you like a person not a number, I don't go to the doctor anymore then I have to, but have needed their service three times in as many months. She listens and really cares about your health concerns, very good at treating your health problems, and must say all around great to deal with, their staff is wonderful, if anyone is looking for a doctor that really cares about your health care and needs she is the one to choose, thanks fuller family,
