Lots of wasted space in waiting area. VA card virtually pointless at kiosks. Still have to input all of your information. Although, they get what you need taken care of, taken care of. Helpful staff, as well as easy to coordinate appointments and rides, if need be.

These people have a man named Sam Craner who keeps claiming he has diabetes yet I witnessed him drinking Pepsi and eating donuts plus I have made him cheesecake and cake for his birthday. He also had me write a letter regarding the service he received from you claiming his doctor wasn't accepting his claim of his back being related to his knee injury while he was in the Navy. He also told me he had a top security clearance and was responsible for the missiles and he's says he's seeing a psychiatrist and I know his back can't be related as he lifts heavy buckets of water being the maintenance man and responsible for cleaning the apartment buildings here at the Lee apartment building in Billings
