It was my first time dining at this restaurant, they didn’t have much seating, but the overall space was bright. Their rice noodles were delicious, and the price was excellent. I highly recommend their popcorn chicken which is very crispy and juicy. It was probably the best popcorn chicken I've ever had in downtown Toronto. Next time I will come back to try different flavours of rice noodles.
+10 stars. Good food comes with amazing service I ordered one fish cabbage soup and one crispy tofu. Food was so good with huge portion. Nothing to complain But one thing I have to mention is the uncle male server served us so nice. Care about water, tissue and pack food for us. Smile and say thanks to us. Small but nice things to my new year. Love the uncle
I had the Kimchi Cabbage Soup and it was delicious. The serving is interesting and can add whatever you like to the soup. Even though I was a little afraid at the beginning because it didn't smell very attractive, it tasted great. The interior of the restaurant is simple, but the service is fast and very kind. There is not possible to pay by a credit card, only a debit card, and sometimes they have a problem with that as well.
Wonderful experience and delightful staff. The broth was pretty good and all the fixings come with the order which is cool. We added beef to one of the orders which was a nice addition. The portions were very large and lots of noodles in the dish as well. Definitely enough for 2 to share.
The food here is amazing and the service is really good as well. Very fair prices. Had the lunch special $14 for chicken ginseng noodle inside. It had mushroom fungus year chicken ginseng bok choy. Everything very fresh. And then I got the squid balls. I didn't like that as much, but I'm sure other sides such as cold chicken would be really good quality. Five stars
Loved our meal! It was delicious and affordable. We had the rib combo, house special hot pot, tentacles extra yum!, fried tofu & cucumbers for 3. We were stuffed and paid $40cad. Place is clean, quiet and pleasant. Staff is friendly and seems to be frequented by many regular diners as the owner seemed to know most folks walking in.
I love this place. The broth tastes super good and is served in a ceramic or stone pot that keeps it hot. The portion is good and it's fun to plop items into the broth. They also have a number of side dishes you can order, and best of all, prices are very reasonable!Food: 5/5
An interesting food experience. They bring you dish in a smaller version of a hot pot, so you can eat in extra bowl. Sadly they don't peal the shrimps. They don't accept foreign debit cards. So keep cash before going in.
This place has great crossing-the-bridge noodles! My friend got the original broth and I went for the curry broth and we loved them both. The spice flavour in my broth was not overpowering and the savouriness was well-balanced. Portions are huge. Servers were eager to refill our water and take the trays out our way. I enjoyed my visit and will be back for another inexpensive and delicious meal.
First time trying out Fudao Noodle House and it’s a nice, pleasant/friendly and clean environment. Price was great especially for the amount of food given. Free wifi as well within the restaurant and restrooms downstairs. We ordered: S11 crispy tofu $3.99 - very crispy, sweet and amazing flavour during each bite T1 Teppan grill Korean beef short ribs $6.99 - very delicious and well flavoured R2 beef rice combo $9.99 the plating was elegant/cute. *side note: If you are Filipino and you know what chicken/beef afritada is, the taste is quite similar and delicious* N8 Fudao Rice Noodle in Korean Kimchi Soup $10.99 - side note * SPICY * hot pot Mango nectar refreshing and delicious on a hot day in Toronto $2.50 Nestea $2.00 Overall fair pricing plus tax bill was around $38.94 during their mid-afternoon hours 3:30-4:30 p.m. window is the time we went and it gets busy. We provided a generous tip as we enjoyed our service and the food once we walked in, it felt very welcoming. Upon waiting for the food, customers are given a small plate of salted peanuts I did not eat this as I am allergic. The experience felt exactly how you see it on a Netflix series but in real life! 5/5 would highly recommend and if anyone is around Spadina please visit here and enjoy a happy whole hearted meal full of flavours! I will definitely be coming back again
