I tried the Froyo Frozen yogurt for the first time, vanilla bean on top of chocolate yogurt on Jan 4, 2023, it was one of the best things I've ever had. My favorite places for ice cream are cold stone and Michael's dairy, they are very high up my charts, but this place was not anywhere far behind, this has also become one of my favorite food places! The cashier, "Nate" was very polite, answered all my questions kindly, explained everything about the machines that I didn't understand and hesitated to touch before, since this was the first time I had been there! 5 stars delicious, and great customer service. And not expensive, friendly prices.
The yogurt and toppings are delicious, and the staff who helped us was very friendly. It won’t cost you too much if you go light on the toppings, since you pay by weight, and it’s a more enjoyable experience than Dairy Queen. The interior is very colorful and relaxing to be in. Will definitely make regular visits back here. :
Taste the rainbow at FroYoWorld the perfect place to go to fulfil your sparklepunk aesthetic desires. Like any froyo it's pricey but delicious. Excellent atmosphere and a wonderful spot to hang out.
My daughter and I came in a week or so ago and she ordered a fancy flavor and ended up not liking it. The staff member at the counter let her pick a new flavor and refused to let us pay for the second cup. They were so nice and helpful and with young kids I really appreciated their flexibility.
Cesar was amazing my friends and I it was our first time. He gave us samples of flavors! He gave us a tour showing us what things were and how things worked. Great service!! Super friendly love froyo!!
I used to love froyo as a teen. it's been a long time since I've had it so I'm not sure if I simply don't like it anymore or if my taste has changed. Lots of toppings and choices, I just didn't like the froyo. also, the stools and tall tables were very unsteady
The frozen yogurt is good, the hospitality is great! Well placed in the middle of the 2nd story which is where you walk into the Crystal Mall swinging just around the corner from Macy's, the flavor selection is excellent and everything is kept very clean. The franchise owner and his family that managers the storefront are some of the nicest, caring people you'll ever meet.
Stopped in with 2 granddaughters take a little break. We all got multi flavors some good fruit flavors and of course all the regular one's. Was able to sit in store chatting it up my girl's. I would give it $$$$ for price.
I recently went to the crystal mall with my family for back to school shopping. We stopped in for some frozen yogurt and the service was excellent. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. Great product, price, and people. I definitely will go back!
The guy who works there needs an attitude adjustment. I tried the ice cream and I didn’t like it and he made me pay for it after he raised his voice at me that he would call security for stealing. I payed, left it on the counter and left. He made the environment so hostile for no reason. He could’ve been nice about it since it was the first time I was there but he wasn’t. so you know I nocked the cups over in my way out. You wanna be a douche? Fine I’ll be one right back. Never bringing my business there again. 8:30pm Tuesday February 4th 2020.
