***UPDATE*** Decided to try again and was not disappointed! Staff definitely learned a lot and they are so much quicker and better than before! Will continue to support and have my tasty treats!!! original::: 1 star Slow service to begin with started the whole situation which should have been a tip off, but it only got worse from the no greeting and slovenly no effort attitude and appearance of the employee crocs and dirty sweatpants… like really?. Watched him excruciatingly slowly make the person before me’s order. Finally took my order. Couldn’t look less like someone who wants a job. “Made” my royal strawberry blizzard, no gloves… tiny scoop of watery strawberry juice with almost no fruit on the inside side of the cup, not the middle or even incorporated into it. Sloppy and sloshed all over my hand as I walked away. Went back to ask for a remedy, got attitude and a shrug. Asked about when a manager will be available. Was told “I don’t know” and he went back to making some other poor souls icecream… again without gloves…. Stay away if you value your stomach….

Went 2 times recently. One time the employee literally sounded lazy and LITERALLY asked me "Can you order something easy for me to make?" Second time I went they claimed they didn't have half the menu. I suspect the employees at this location are just lazy and don't want to actually work. Half the time they look closed when they should be open.

I'll always be a fan of dipped cones and hot fudge sundays from Dairy Queen. Service was kind of weird. The guy working here wasn't around and the place was dark when we arrived in the evening. Then he came out and served people for a little over an hour. Then the lights went out again, so I'm not sure what their hours are. He was friendly though. I was also really excited to see the variety of flavors for dipped cones! chocolate, cherry, dreamsicle which I hope to try when it isn't sold out and butterscotch

I had a small problem and it was resolved beyond my expectations. The manager and owner reached out to me personally! They are a small business which has been family owned for decades and care about their customers. Thank you Sabrina and David for a quick and warm response! Our family loves DQ and yours is our local go-to for a sweet AND friendly treat. Merry Christmas and the very best to your shop in these crazy times! Thank you for staying open and continuing this essential service. Not many places to safely take the family and you are our number one destination!

Great food and ice cream, wish it was closer for the family to get ice cream. I wish the drive thru were faster and better but since they make everything on the spot I understand it takes time.

I ordered a large strawberry cheesecake Blizzard and it was delicious and I also got three medium ice cream cones to go and all of it was delicious I didn't get all of them for me . But you can not beat DQs ice cream,

Dairy Queen really needs to read these reviews. Notice a common theme? The employees bring this place way down. It's a Dairy Queen, you shouldn't have such a low rating. Ice cream puts smiles on people's faces. The people that work here make you feel like you're bothering them just walking up to the counter. The owner should lose his franchise. This has been going on for at least the last couple years. If they hate their jobs so much see how they enjoy unemployment.

Friendly and courteous staff BUT the "ovens were turned off" at 7:30?? There's a food court full of people. So is it lazy employees or bad management? Oh and they forgot about my order and had to be reminded 5 minutes later .

Worst place in Crystal Mall as far as service friendliness and cleaness. It seems like they purposely have been hired to give lousiest customer experience ever. Last 5 times I had asked to get a strawberry banana smoothie and not once did they have that available. Shame.

Why is it that, during a PANDEMIC, the own employees do not wear the masks properly or at all and do not wear gloves while preparing FOOD. Every time I walk by the employees are leaning against the counter on their phones or having a full blown conversation ignoring customers.
