Frosty Palace

I'm not very happy with Frosty Palace at the moment. They only get 3 stars because despite the terrible service and uncleanliness the food is good. They seriously need to improve their people skills and answer the dang phone, 40 minutes and still no-one answers is a little ridiculous. After trying to get through on the phones is showing no progress I go and sit in line another 20 minutes no cars in the lot and only 1 in front of me just to be told they wont take a 100 which is all I have. Not cool especially since they just complained about how busy they were.

Amazing. I love the classic country old style burger joints! And the pink lady is bomb! I will always enjoy stopping in for a burger or popcorn chicken! Mmmm

The food and ice cream are great as well as the prices. Working there sucks. so the owners have a hard time keeping employees. Constantly they are training. The owners refuse to sechdual enough employees a day. So they are also constantly understaffed. So lost of mistakes, and long waiting as it's very packed 24/7. Its very unsanitary, really gross and unclean. It's not McDonalds with the fancy equipment, so it's unorganized.

I stopped in there for a pink lady it was a little bit of a wait but it was well worth it.

If your in Homedale then its a must stop, and have a Pink Lady.. Best milk shake you will ever have..
