I've been going to Frontenac Jewellers for 11 years now, any time I need to have jewellery re-sized or mended. The professionalism, timely turn around and overall compassion Peter and Natasa have for their customers is astounding. I will continue to take my jewellery here, and recommend anyone who is looking for local and efficient work.

Peter and Natasha at Frontenac Jewellers were extremely helpful in assisting me in picking out my fiancée's engagement ring. I was very satisfied with how I was treated especially since I had no clue what I was doing. They were very personable and made me feel welcome whenever I went in. Furthermore, I had two problems with the ring that were due to the manufacturer and they took care of me amazingly well through both problems. I always felt like I was taken care of and I will definitely return their for Jewelry in the future. I have recommended them to numerous people already and will never hesitate to keep recommending in the future.

Had wonderful service to help me resize a ring passed down from my grandmother and another from my grandfather. It takes a lot of trust to hand over jewelry of such sentimental value, Peter took great care to explain the process and put me right at ease. Thanks for the great work!

Knowledgeable and reliable. Excellent service focused on honesty and loyalty to the customer ensuring they are completely satisfied with the product.
