Love this place! I come here with my family all the time. The kids love it too. The chicken comes out juicy and fresh everytime. You have to wait a few minutes, but it's totally worth it because you are getting freshly made crispy chicken. We really love their spicy chicken sandwiches and spicy fries as well. I have to also add, the staff is very respectful and friendly too. :

I saw some of the negative reviews but I still decided to gamble and try it. I’m so glad I did! Let me tell you guys the Chicken was so fresh, and perfectly seasoned not just salt and pepper it was so good I had to pace myself! And I have had a lot of fried chicken in my life this will definitely be my new go to spot. I’m scared to show my husband because we will both get real big eating here often.

This is currently the only Fritou location in Ontario and they have done the chain a disservice. They certainly do not change their deep fryer oil as my chicken has a smelly, dark, burnt crust see photo attached. Don't waste your time and money at this location.

This place has the best fried chicken I’ve ever tasted. The meat is well seasoned and cleaned. It’s crunchy and overall well cooked. Besides the luscious smell and welcoming feeling when you walk in, the small franchise has top-tier customer service. They’re patient and warm, and I will continue to support this business as they’re well-mannered every time you walk in and have diverse food options.

Fritou is honestly one of the best places to eat. Their menu selection is wide and their prices are affordable. My favourite thing to get from there is the spicy chicken burger combo and Spicy popcorn chicken. There is no other place like this.

If you are craving fried chicken and happen to be around this neighborhood, this is one of the best places to visit. The staff is always very welcoming and provides you with freshly cooked chicken. My top 3 items are the spicy chicken burger, whole fried chicken, and the chicken pieces.Food: 5/5

Absolutely love this restaurant, they use real halal chicken and the quality is always on point. The customer service, too. It can be a bit pricey but it’s justified by the quality that they provide. I would recommend to anyone who asked. Vegetarian options: I believe that there’s only French fries and onion rings as a vegetarian option Parking: It’s in a plaza so there’s multiple parking options

We were the only customers when we arrived so no problem with service. The place's smell was funny or maybe that was a cleaning solution. Lots to choose from the menu, tried the chicken quesadilla and poutine. Didn't like any. It was okay but we've had better. The quesadilla didn't have enough cheese/filling. And the bell pepper didn't suit the taste. I'd probably come back and try the chicken which is the main dish but wouldn't order anything else.

I just paid $15 to get a foil tin full of fries and chopped up rotisserie chicken in gravy on on toasted white bread I ordered the hot chicken sandwich When I receive my food the sandwich couldn’t even maintain its shape the bread was so soggy from the gravy that the chicken just dripped off on my clothes. Their pictures on DoorDash and Uber Eats do not reflect how this restaurant makes their food not sure how to post the picture I wish you could see this.
