I usually go to the St. Albert location, but the wait time was just a little too long for what I was willing to wait. Called ahead to see if I could schedule an appointment here and they got me in that evening! The receptionist was very helpful in making sure I could use my wax credit at this location. I frequently get waxed and have never experienced such an amazing wax. Veenu was extremely gentle and is clearly a master in what she does. I am extremely pleased with my visit here. Veenu gave me a great wax - and I've had bad ones before, so I know the difference. They are a clean and cute! business and she used great products and was amazingly gentle and fast. An added bonus for me, she was really nice to talk to - nothing worse than an awkward silence while you're staring at the ceiling. Will definitely be going back Thanks ladies!
Booked with Frillly Lilly for a last minute impulse waxing service before heading on vacation and I'm so glad I did! The boutique is absolutely charming and had lots of really nice things in the retail section up front, and the actual service experience was fantastic. They use only hard wax, which is so much more comfortable and almost entirely pain-free, and my esthetician Veenu was fabulous. I can't recommend them more!
Been a few times now and staff is so friendly and kind! Each time I've been asked if the temperature of the wax is okay, which I really like personally! Definitely recommend!

Went in for a first time upper lip wax and was disappointed to see all the hair still there after the treatment.
I recently have developed a condition where I am unable to restrict my oxygen by wearing a mask. I have gone into many businesses recently without any issues. When I entered the facility I was asked to put on a mask, I said I have an exemption as it is no one’s business what my medical condition is, I was then asked for proof, there are no exemption cards given anymore and I haven’t been able to get into my family doctor since the condition developed, and the specialist was unable to write one. Very hesitant, I agreed that I would put the mask on over my mouth, but again I am not supposed to restrict my oxygen at this time. The receptionist said it was fine, the technician came out and said it was not. If I didn’t cover my nose she wasn’t going to take me in for the appointment. I would have left right then, but I was in much need of the appointment. As per the City of Edmonton website “Businesses or operators are not expected to enforce the City’s mask bylaw or to have negative interactions with customers.” I understand you’re reasoning will be that you are keeping everyone safe but again from the City of Edmonton website: "Wearing masks or face coverings is a community effort for those who can. Please remember to be kind to those who are unable to wear masks." I have been coming here for at least 4 years, I even moved out of Windermere a year and a half ago and still made the drive to come back and support this business. If you can please delete my online account that would be appreciated. Thanks for your service, I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
