Coco Nails Ellerslie

I love Coco Nails! I always had the best experiences at this nail salon. I usually get a pedicure every couple months but this last month I got a acrylic set. My nails looked beautiful and it was very reasonably priced.

My first visits to the salon were okay, but the last time it was not the quality work of the employee of this salon. A week ago I came to remove shellac and I am not delighted with the work as the employee did. I still have a layer of material on my nail and it looks terrible. Now the layer of material simply rises on the nails. What does money pay for? for the service or to do it faster?Services: Pedicure

I’ve been getting my nails done at Coco Nails for years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Whether it’s tips or gel manicure or a luxurious pedicure I always leave feeling pampered. All the staff there are friendly and very good at what they do.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating; however the quality of the manicure was not the best. I had to go back to have a couple nails fixed as there were gaps between the acrylic and my real nails.

Went with a friend a little while ago and it was our first time trying them. Loved it! The lady who did my nails was super nice and kept up a great conversation. The manipedi we got was fantastic too. The ladies were super nice and even stayed til the last second just so that my friend's nails would have a better chance of drying and setting before we had to head out. They even helped us put on our coats, purses, and shoes just so that we wouldn't mess up our new nails. Thanks ladies!

Do not come here unless you want your natural nails destroyed. Had them removed. They didn’t get all the product off. They were in such a rush they were prying them off.

Sadly, the entire studio was absolutely filthy. The UV machine was old, caked in grime and didn’t work - the layer of gel under my top coat was still wet and everything peeled away. But that’s not even the worst part. The staff are so sweet and they have to work/breathe/eat in these unsafe working conditions. This has rattled me and it will be the last time I visit a nail salon that I don’t research first. I realize that it is worth it to pay extra to an ethical, safe nail salon elsewhere.

Such a great experience at Coco nails! The staff here are so kind and super patient to make sure you are happy with your nails and/or designs. Lots of color and service options!! And the prices are super reasonable which i love as I have a found that a lot of south edmonton nail salons are overpriced for mediocre services. Im so glad i found this place and cant wait to go back!Services: Pedicure

Wonderful ladies work there. Always friendly. We had manicures done on a Monday this time and it was nice, laid back and not rushed as some places can get when they're very busy.

Amazing service! My mother and I booked a last minute appointment on the day they reopened. We both got pedicures and new acrylic extensions, everyone who helped us was kind, patient, and didn't cut corners even though we were the last ones in and they stayed after closing. We were so happy to get an appointment as I'm moving to another country and it was the last time we'll get our nails done together for a long time. The salon has multiple measures to protect the workers and customers without losing the relaxing experience of face to face services.
