Freshly Squeezed

I had awesome experience in this place. I ordered two pina coladas and it was perfect mix of coconut and pineapples. Totally reccomend.

The banana was the only “Freshly Squeezed” fruit out of all the 5 fruits I ordered in my “natural drink”. Staff were nice and clean. It's the owner/manger's fault.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I ordered a medium strawberry banana smoothie and asked for part of my paid portion to be poured into a small cup for my 1 year old. I was told this could be done and was offered a small shot glass sized cup. I explained he would need to drink out of a straw so I’d like a normal cup with the top closed. I was then given my drink and a red open cup for my baby by someone else. When I asked if that amount could be moved into a small cup and received a sarcastic “NO” for an answer. I was irritated after being told something else and went back around to the cash and said okay let me pay for a small so you can put that small amount into a small covered cup. The girl took my money, put the small amount into a small cup, and proceeded to THROW the red cup aggressively into the sink!!!! This is NOT the first time I’ve received poor service here. NO ONE seems happy or even willing to do their job well. I would have preferred they told me “sorry, inflation, no free cups” than make me pay $7.50 for a plastic cup. WILL NEVER GO BACK. I’ve spent enough money at this horribly run freshly squeezed location.

I got a smoothie here the other day and it tasted more like a juice than a smoothie due to how much juice they filled it with and the lack of fruit. Every other location I have been to for freshly squeezed the smoothies were a lot thicker but this one had the same viscosity as water and wasn't very good.

“Freshly Squeezed” is a bit of a misnomer when half the ingredients are flavoured syrup. It’s no substitute for Booster Juice, where you see them actually blending fruit. I won’t be paying $7 here for a small drink again.

With most mall food options, it's a bit of a mix bag. Sometimes it can surprise you but most of the time it's the run of the mill. This Freshly Squeezed only had 1 person manning the entire store and that's where the first issue came about. If you're going to be open on a busy day during the holiday season.. staff for it! As for the drink, the prices are kinda fair. I didn't think they were out of line ... I got the special of a large Banana and Strawberry smoothie. I did see them put in a full sized big banana with a few strawberry puree. It wasn't watery though I feel they could have used actual frozen strawberries instead of a sweetened puree. Normally the large costs $5.99 but the sale was for $4.99. I would come back if the line up isn't terrible. Then again, there is a Presotea in the mall that I could give them a shot instead.

Disappointing. I ordered a chocolate banana shake with no bananas in it. Please provide more fruit in your shakes if you want customers to be satisfied.

Very inconsistent... first time my bubble tea was super sweet, second time it was ok.. and third time, I asked for half sweet... but it tasted just like the second time.. I even confirmed with my server but it seems like she basically forgot it.... hopefully they'll be better next time

Banana smoothie with soy milk is my go to. It’s a must try. Also love their green smoothie.

Only been twice, ordered the same thing both times as it's delicious! Honeydew Bubble tea with tapioca pearls! The staff are super nice and make the orders really fast. Plenty to choose from off the menu, a must try!
