Bought a sandwich there today and literally almost no toppings on it which was deceptively covered by the pickles laying on top so you can't see the lack of other toppings on a 8 dollar sandwich NOT A GOOD LOOK!!!
The food is good, but it's too bad their Freshies staff have absolutely no idea how to follow a recipe. Every single time I order one on THEIR specialty pizzas, they leave off an item or add an item that has no place in the recipe. Is it lack of caring? Can they not read? I have no idea.
They no longer make their own unsweetened iced tea. They have not advertised this. It just always looks like it is out. But they are not making it any more. I had to ask and was told this today. When I asked if they would be providing some alternative in the refrigerators I was told that they probably wouldn't. They do not have a single unsweet tea option. I asked if I could make a suggestion to a manager for the purchase. The gentleman at the counter did not want to give me that information and said that he would pass it along. I have already conveyed this request to another worker over a month ago and nothing has changed. This place used to feel like a nice family run business. Lately it feels like they don't care and I don't feel like spending my money here anymore.
Went in today got my son a sandwich and went home my son opened it and there was mold on the bread and the bread was so soggy I went back in and they wouldn't give me another kudt said I'm sorry never will go and get food from this one again no way be careful before feeding ur kiddos
I love the ladies there, they are always so sweet and kind. But ever since that older gentleman started working there he’s been nothing but rude to me. I’m not sure if it’s cause I’m female or Asian, but he always gives me a hard time when I buy my cigarettes. Today I go in with my temporary license AND my old drivers license with my photo ID and he refuses to let me buy them. I was there not even a week ago and bought cigarettes with no issues at all with my temporary license with photo ID. I tell him I bought FROM HIM BEFORE and this is a valid form of ID but still refused. I tell him an older lady accepted this at the same store because it’s valid. Still refused. So I drove to dollar general and gave them my business instead. He is the only one who is so rude to me and I will never step foot in there again. Which is sad because I really loved all the ladies behind the counter.
I was standing in line patiently behind a gentleman that had a lot of stuff. Which I did not mind. The two women behind the counter working conversating while I was waiting, which I had no problem with either, I figured the second associate was on her break. As I approached the counter to be checked out another young lady stepped behind me and the girl looks at her and says,"I can help you over here," That's when I then agitated said why did I just wait in line for 5 mins. The associate that was helpful, I could see she was annoyed with the girls lack of attitude and work ethic. The associate seemed lazy, not very enthusiastic to even be there and just complain over and over how she was tired and wanted to just go home. Definitely no it the type of attitude and associate you would want working in your establishment saying such things around customers!
Nice store but staff is really slow...too talkative while ringing up customers...feels more like they are there to chit chat and gossip than ring you up. Ridiculous..and very irritating because its every time I go there...especially the girl on days
I go in here every morning and get a slice of breakfast pizza love the pizza and i get a large pizza 3 of 4 times a month but who ever thought of making Sicilian pizza please dont it was the worse pizza i had from there please leave it to italy
Freshies is literally the town center for Milford. It's everything you need on one place. My only gripe is that this place gets insanely busy and the front counters are typically understaffed and it can take ages to pay for your items. In general, gas prices are competitive, selection is great and location is central.
Easily the best pizza in the Old Town area. I realize that isn't saying much, but it's fairly good even still. If they delivered it would be the icing on the cake.
