I never really had a issue with anything since coming back to this pharmacy, but I am only giving 3 stars because lately they have become hard to get through to refill my prescription that is vital I have as I take it daily. Recently I went to double check their hours and it says they are open from 8am to 9pm.. false it’s actually 9 am to 8pm.. as to some this may seem very minor but for those that have medications they must have daily and are needing to refill before they are out it’s more of a big deal. I have been almost tempted to switch to the Walmart pharmacy as they stay open till 10 when the whole store closes.nnPharmacy staff please take this as a reminder to make sure you have the correct information online for your consumers.
Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Staff is nice and goes above and beyond when it comes to refilling. I’ve tried to refill my medication very close to closing time and they have stayed past closing to make sure I’ve gotten my meds filled.
This pharmacy has dropped the ball too many times for my family. I recently transferred our prescriptions elsewhere. There are several times where I requested refills via their automated service, well in advance and they just never called about my prescription. I had to call again to prompt them. They have also ran out of important medication I need due to global shortages not their fault and failed to call me about it. The communication is lacking. They also never seem to keep certain meds in stock that we have needed urgently for my young child several times. I hate having to call around and track things down. I know everyone is short staffed and overworked so I let things go for a long time but we are done with the convenience of this location. I would rather drive further for better service and care.
I’ve had nothing but great experience at this pharmacy! Today just topped it for me and I had to write a review. I got to the pharmacy as they were closing and the staff did not hesitate to helping and filling my prescription at such short notice. Truly grateful to you Aldergrove Freshco Pharmacy Stuff and thank you for the healthcare difference you are making in our community!!!
This place has gone downhill since they were acquired by Sobey’s. Frequently runs out of stock on items that I can’t get elsewhere. Staff claims that these items aren’t popular, but if that were true they would have lots available. Hopefully things will improve after renovations are done.
