This store is clean and well stocked. The service I viewed yesterday was exceptional. The cashier Brooklyn was helping a senior. She was so patient and friendly, while he was having difficulty using the pin pad. Customers looked frustrated with how long he was taking, but her composure remained calm. She helped him understand how to use his debt card and he left with dignity. Great job Brooklyn, you are a true angel.nThe manager on duty, Heather was also a breathe of fresh air. I highly recommend this location. It is really nice to know that good customer service is still out there!

A very kind thank you to Freshco for allowing Whitby Scouts to have their apple-day fundraising activity outside the store last weekend. My daughter is in the group and the fundraising was a much needed success. Thank you Freshco for your generosity and your dedication to the Whitby community.

I was being cornered and attacked my 2 homeless people outside of the store and lo and behold, Sharon a front end cashier swooped in and saved me. She basically 2v1’d the 2 guys and beat them to a pulp. She’s a true warrior. We need more cashiers like Sharon. She later told us she’s a retired mma fighter and it’s her duty to protect the young and weak. Love this place man

Great store. The check out is always a joy. They have the nicest people working here. They seem all in so much peace and serenity. In the midst of all the chaos in the world, if you come and shop at this location of freshco, you will leave with great priced food and also some tranquility. I recommend this location to everyone.
