Story

As each of our patients are individuals with unique needs, Dr. Albert creates personalized treatment plans to meet those needs. Our services include preventive cleanings and exams, crowns, fillings, dentures, pediatric dentistry, endodontic care, Invisalign® clear aligners, and sleep apnea treatment with the TAP® Appliance.

We strive to help all our patients become informed decision makers, and as our patient, we want you to fully understand your health issues, including how to prevent disease. We consider oral health an important part of your comprehensive health, often seeing how one affects the other.

We invite you to contact our Manchester dental office to request an appointment or ask questions. Our building is right off exit 63 on I-84, also known as the Christmas Tree Shop exit. With plenty of parking and elevator access, the office is accessible to everyone! We hope to see you soon!

Amazing, I went here because my daughter can't take dental care awake. She is on the spectrum with autism and Dr Albert is one of the most patient and kindest dentist I have ever dealt with when it comes to my daughter. They were very fast, knowledgeable, and kind. I recommend Dr Albert 100%. I trusted him doing work on my daughter's teeth, no questions asked. The staff here are super sweet as well.

The billing process was NOT what was described to me. Had I known I would be paying so much out of pocket (even after my insurance paid their portion of the procedure) I would have found a different provider. My son had complications from the procedure and because Dr Albert was out of the country after our procedure, I had to take my child to the ER twice (once time to have the procedure site coterized by pediatric dentists). Obviously he had no way of knowing this would happen but it was stressful and very costly. Then to get only a portion of the money we put up front back from his office after many months of requesting the billing staff resubmit the bill to insurance (insurance said they never reviewed the first bill), it felt like a huge smack in the face.

After an inadequate snip of scissors at Yale, Dr. Albert was able to solve a stubborn posterior tongue tie with laser. Four visits and two laser procedures cost significantly less combined than the initial snip at Yale, which used only a pair of finger nail scissors (literally). Dr. Albert also took time to teach us how to help our son heal and make an informed decision. Anthem didn't cover it at first, citing is as "not medically necessary," but with a referral letter from our pediatrician and a simple explanation of the need for an infant to be able to eat without a feeding tube, they ultimately covered it. Yale and Anthem can share 2 stars. Fresh Impressions gets 5!

Dr. Albert performed a tongue tie release and a lip tie release on our three week old daughter after she had trouble latching. He was so comforting as he prepared us for her surgery, about which I had been reluctant. Ultimately, it was the best choice to release the ties and Dr. Albert was the absolute best individual to perform the procedure. He has a great bedside manner, both with children and their adults, and his philosophy about keeping parents in the room with their kids is admirable and compassionate. When we brought our daughter for her follow up, his skill was super apparent. He was able to inspect both lip and tongue procedures without even waking her up! As a result of this surgery, both mom and baby are doing much better! Breastfeeding is much easier for both of us and baby is happy and healthy!

I have been going to Dr. Albert for a few years now and you will not find a better, more professional, and friendly experience anywhere. That applies not only to the doctor but to the whole Albert team. From the moment you walk in the door, through your first consultation, your cleanings with Stephanie, you will realize this is a "different" kind of practice! They truly enjoy what they do, they have pretty much the latest equipment including lasers, and other state of the art digital x-ray, and mouth cancer scanning equipment. Dr. Albert has recently brought two young dentists into his practice and be assured they will provide the same professional care that he is known for. It truly is a joy to visit the office because your comfort and concerns are their primary interest. You will not be disappointed!
