Dr. Dental

First time patient after my dentist retired. Highly recommended. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wait time is very short. Dr is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I will be returning for all my dental work.

I wish there was an option for no stars at all. Extremely unprofessional. I was in a great deal of pain. The office manager could of expedited my prior authorization with my insurance but she didn’t even try to call (she told me she did) but my insurance told me they never made a call on my behalf. Heck- months later & still I never heard from them about a p.a. that was supposed to take 3 wks. The dentist (forget his name now) but young, dark hair, 5’8 or so, some facial hair- the rudest dentist I’ve ever come into contact with. They used bait & switch on me. Told me 3x my insurance covered my root canal- got me out there (a 3 hour roundtrip) & once I was there- then asked for payment when clearly I was told on the phone that it was covered. Conveniently the woman who told me this was not in at the time (all 3 times). Finally, they did 1 simple filling. The next dentist I went to told me it could of been saved with a root canal but the filling caused further decay & not only that- the filling is leaking. So now I have these metals leaking in my mouth. How disgusting! I have to have the tooth extracted now. Thanks so much Dr Dental for your poor service! Stay away from Dr. Dental. Find another dentist. They don’t care about you as a person. They look at you like dollar signs. I was never treated so poorly in my life. Left there all 3 times crying my eyes out. The girls at the front desk were unprofessional. Can’t imagine this guy doing a root canal if he cannot even properly do a simple filling. The whole bait & switch especially when a patient is in severe pain proved to me they just wanted money. Perhaps they make more with cash rather then if insurance paid it. They run a poor operation. You get what you pay for I have quickly found out when it comes to dentists.

Very friendly staff, really makes an effort to put you at ease. No one enjoys going to the dentist, but having people who take an effort to greet you by name and will make sure you feel comfortable helps.

Got a filling done and it was fast and no pain. They used numbing gel. They went all out of there way to make sure I was comfortable. Dr.Mayak, the dental assistant, and the receptionist were wonderful. Great Service.

The staff at Dr. Dental was very pleasant, informative, helpful and caring. They were right on time. I was very pleased with my cleaning.
