The ambiance is beautiful. The food is so amazing. The people that are running the place are amazing. This is definitely a place to keep going back to every time. We don't even mind the hour and a half drive that it takes to get there from Fredericton. Worth every single penny sent.

This was our second visit to Fresh...the first we figured was five years ago. Since our first visit, both my partner and I have been recommending Fresh to everyone and waiting for our next opportunity to visit. This time I had the chef's surprise and it was delicious. 'Rich' would be an understatement but the flavours were superb. Wendy had char...cooked and prepared wonderfully. The appetizers were to die for. We shared the chocolate dessert and it was fine. Another of the reasons we enjoy Fresh, besides the great food and personal service is the music that's playing in the train car. Sara has excellent taste in her music, as well as her chefs. Truly a five star dining experience.

A true dining experience. Amazing food by a very talented chef. A must visit gem in Carleton county. Great service, great atmosphere and the food lives up to it's name. Fresh, delicious and we will definitely be going back.
