TL;DR: success has meant a race to the bottom in terms of food quality and overall experience. After many years of loving this company, it's time to stop patronizing it. I remember when FMB first opened at the airport, and how excited I was to stop in while traveling multiple times per week (consulting). Their quality was high, ingredients fresh, attentive to detail, and overall a wonderful experience. Fast forward to 2017, when I passed by here with my wife. I was so excited to show her a piece of my past, but the reality fell sorely below expectations; the breakfast plates (omelette & eggs) were industrial tasting and full of canola oil (request for making them in butter denied), chicken was close to burned, and other accoutrements missed the mark. Also, even though we ate our meal on-site, everything was disposable and felt very wasteful. Bottom line - I will no longer patronize this establishment. Success has meant a sad decrease in what they originally stood for. On a related note, I also tried their Uptown location, with a similarly disappointing result.

The restaurant food was bad, oily, the buns are saggy and so on. The bakery or the fast food side was a little bit better however, the prices of their food are over priced! And expensive. Crispy bar for 5 dollars. The only thing I would give it a star is because of the service. The person, a young women gave me an over all good service, she was the most responsive of all, the espresso coffee was fantastic. The people in their seem to have more vibrant feeling than in the restaurant. However for the pastries they have are expensive. Panini are expensive, the soups are good. This place is good to get an espresso coffee and soups other than that, they are not that worth it.

Whoever is the chef here should get some sort of a medal.... Seriously! Leaving for Australia after 3 weeks in Minnesota and my omlette of the day was one of the best meals I've had!!! Could not recommend highly enough.... Eat here before you leave!!

Normally i dont bother to rate or comment on airport food places. I am rating you only because your cheddar and chives scone simply tastes like a carton box. Id put one star but rating 2 only because i am yet to try your strawberry and creme cheese croissant. The second start is the star of hope.

You guys, I don't know where to start. I'm going to start with a small complaint from you guys, I was with a friend of mine who is both deaf and mute and this Two ladies ignored my friend when he was trying to ask for the price of the sandwiches, he wrote it on his phone so there was no need of sign language but they didn't even assisted him and ignored him and it was rude and disappointing, we came to the cash register, luckily, this cashier, It was unfortunate that we didn't ask her name but she was a young lady about her teenage years or early 20's , she was the one who assisted him, tried to show him where are the prices, she tried to do the sign language, she was the one who took his orders, she made him feel welcomed and she was also funny. After I was done with my coffee, I went back with him and talked to the young lady to order a food and to say thank you to her. She was an excellent person, I think she is one of the best cashier if not I have encountered, we gave her a tip her * wink wink. However The coffee was not that good for it's price. I do not recommend their coffee but since the good service was excellent. The prices did not matter. I'm going to give a 4- 4.5 star rating.
