We ended up leaving Buffalo Wild Wings this evening due to piss-poor service, we left there after an hour of waiting and no food. We then attempted to cut our losses and we drove across the shopping center parking lot and got in line at Freddy's. I had never been to this restaurant chain before, I ordered the number one and then pulled around to the window and paid. No joke, 15-20 minutes later my food was finally ready, I felt really bad for the folks stuck in the drive-through line behind me. It boggles the mind to wonder how a place like this expects to survive at the turtle-pace at which they operate. It was $8 bucks and some change for the meal, and then 20 minutes of my life waiting-- that's a losing deal. Doing fast food isn't rocket science, it just needs to be FAST and just as important, FRIENDLY. That' it. Freddy's has the friendly part down, but like their neighbors across the lot, they don't deliver on the service. Why didn't this franchisee just roll all that money into some mutual funds? Why even get into the food SERVICE business?

The food was good, and the ice cream... The issue was while I was waiting, another customer came in with a messed up order.. no worries there.. when the manager openned the bag, she grabbed the container of fries inside and poured them back in the fry bin to be used.. in what world is that not a health violation? I don't know if the other patron ate, licked, or anything else those fries.. definitely not something I'll be getting again.

Had a hair on our food today which we saw coming straight out the food prep area. They replaced meal but there was no apology. Then my husband watched them debate on using a knife that had just fallen on the floor to cut his sandwich. Trash cans were over flowing with no where to put our trash as we left. We use to love eating there, but service and cleanliness has definitely gone way down hill in the last few months.

The website says that they are open on Saturdays 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. Drove 7 miles to get there at 10:30pm and all the lights were off. Either honor the posted hours or update the hours of operations in the website.

I do like the food however as I sit in the drive thru at 2 p.m. I've watched about six people give up and drive away because the wait is so incredibly long. It's too late for me since I'm past the turnout but I would give up as well. They lose so much business because of the slow service in the Drive-Thru
