I love these burgers! The food is definitely a step above typical fast food. Although the service is pretty standard for fast food. Personally, I wish thry would get real fries. I really don't like those shoestring ones.

Way too pricey for the quality of food. The two burgers I have gotten were paper thin. Wouldn't be bad, I get it, it's fast food... but it was cooked so long it was crunchy. I'm not ok with paying like $10 for a combo to get a crunchy burger patty folded up on some toast. Maybe you are, and this will become your new favorite drive through. Also, your fry sauce... to much work, not a big enough pay off.

I would like to let you know that today was the first and last time I ordered food at your restaurant. I decided hat after a 12 hour work day I would try Freddy's out because it's on my way home in Allendale Michigan. I ordered food for my wife and I and when I ordered it I specified that I would like no pickles and no mustard on my hamburgers. This is your typical complaint that you get people mess up I get it. However, when I got home about 15 min away from your location my wife noticed that her burger has pickles on it, I picked mine off because I don't care but my wife is allergic to pickles so she called the store on 11/10/2017 at about 10:20pm and spoke to the manager on duty who was one of the rudest people I have met in my life, she told my wife that she need the order number which my wife provided, your manager decided to tell my wife that the receipt says with pickles and that is what we ordered therefore there is nothing she can do and hung up. I called back and spoke to her this time and simply asked for her name and she told me she could not give me that info. I then asked her who the store manager was and her answer to me was that she is her own boss and hung up on me. I could not believe how rude she was so I drove back to your location and simply asked for my money back and let your shift manager know that she has the worst customer service, she responded with laughing at me called her actual manager on the phone and 15 minutes later gave me a receipt with my money. I do not want anything from you guys, I just wanted to let you know what kind of people you have representing your company. I have many friends who go to Grand valley state university and I will make sure this experience is all over social media. You have 1 store in our area and the people you have working there are going to give you a bad name.

Pretty good, glad they have hot dogs. However, for what you're getting, it's a little bit pricey. But if you're going for that classic shoestring fry and steakburger kind of meal, definitely the place worth trying.

My girls go to GVSU and I have often thought about stopping here. I finally did and they offer a gluten-free hamburger option. The fries are amazing and the shakes are great!
