They have some very caring staff and doctors I just wish there was a bit more follow up

When you go in you get like self checked kinda and than you end up meeting a staff member counsellor they are people who take all your belongings before going in. I had my head phones my money my three provocative designer shirts were all stolen I hope the person no longer works there ….. not impressed

Staff are absolutely phenomenal. Caring and helpful they definitely go the extra mile. Food quality is satisfactory at best. Facility is clean and we'll organized. Programs throughout the day are limited and at some points non existent which is unfortunate because it leads to constant boredom and being stuck in one's head. I seen many young men and women leave for simply that reason. Bored. And after a 2 or 3 days they are feeling relatively better they feel, against medical advice, to discharge themselves. I, was fortunate enough to squeak through the boredom but it was a battle. More 12 step meetings or alternatives for when those scheduled are unable to attend and more workshops daily may keep clients interested in the life long journey of recovery.

The lady on the phone said your not the only desperate person and hung up. Detoxed at home dangerously. By th way that lady was the supervisor LOL do yourself a favour call ypur doctor he will give you the same meds. Speak to a substance abuse counselor and they will follow up every day. They're motto is keep drinking water. Thanks

I would give it any stars. Maybe it’s goid when you are in but highly disappointed with intake. My son has been battling with addiction and mental health issues. He made the call to try to get in as an in patient as out patient where he has been going in not working. He is trying to get help but was told “ no sorry we can’t gelp you go bs knto your perceiving doctor”. So unimpressed with the defeating manner he is dealing with. The system is failing these people and then they wonder why so many people are dying from addiction.

This place is a life saver honestly recommend this to anyone who's going through addiction. Their are so many options of help . !! Amazing program and very careing and attending staff . They truly do care !! And want people to succeed. 5* food could be a little better . !! Just a bit close to hospital food. !! Other then that no complaints!!!

Was treated well the minute I walked In, friendly staff, very clean, the food was awesome, I'd go back but hopefully stay Sober 10 days now thanx Creekside!!

Great staff. Good education. They change your perspective to a healthy one, if you are truly ready for change. Why would the wait matter, or the food, if they’re saving your life?

Been there many times. Last time they were great as always. Was 20 months from the start of my journey and still sober. You need to get treatment after detox.

Allows you to have the privacy you want and your room is spotless. My mom went to the place & it's got a new aftercare outpatient workshop or school called Daytox
