Great school! Educators care about the success of the children by working with the students, creating fun and interesting electives, being available before and after school for help, there's even an award-winning after school robotics program.

Couldn't comply with his 504 plan, even though I tried numerous times, with numerous meetings, to explain how best to help him. His counselor even came to one meeting and was appalled at how dismissive and patronizing they were. They labeled him as a "bad" kid so then he was harrassed by some of the teachers and administration. VP sang a Christmas Carol to my son about spending Christmas in juvie, which by the way, he NEVER has been there. I was also told by more than one person that works there, and my son was also told by several friends, that the administration and the resource officer would try to get kids to spy on him so that they could rat on him if needed. The psychological damage that was done will never be repaired.

I attends Franklin at a transitional period as the principal had just passed away of cancer a year after I began here, however it was still wonderful. Everyone was supportive and really cared about education. There were many interactive tools that all teachers were able to use.
