About a month ago, I called John at the last minute to see if he could fit me in to have my snow tires taken off and have the summer ones put on. No problem he says! Was very happy to meet with him. It was my first time using his services but it won't be my last. Such a super nice guy! Thanks John!
John, Wayne, Billy and BJ are a great team. I definetly recommend Franklin Auto for any mechanical, machining or anything!!!! They were very helpful with everything!
John was superb in his explanations of the things I needed with regards to to my braking system, and helping me overcome some of my misunderstandings about appropriate maintenance...colour me embarrassed.!
