I've had my share of bad experiences with dealerships and sales associate. So much so, that I was reluctant on going back to one for business ever again. When I inquired about a vehicle at Fifth Avenue Volkswagen, I was greeted by Lee, Master Sales and Leasing Consultant, who I have had the most pleasure of dealing with!  I was not at all pressured or judged.  I never thought I would end up buying one of my favorite cars!  Lee was very thorough at the final walk through and explained everything to the best of his ability.  He truly went above and beyond; not for getting a sale, but for being genuinely kind.

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a used vehicle at Fifth Avenue Volkswagen. The process was stress-free and pleasant. The staff were very thorough and knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of getting to know and working with Jeff, Mac, and Derrick. Jeff was a very friendly and kind person and very easy to work with. Mac was very knowledgeable and professional, making the process of purchasing the car seem easy and pleasant, and he was very accommodating. Derrick went above and beyond for us as his customers and tried to help as much as possible. We walked out happy and appreciated the great customer service.

Really glad I went to this location to purchase my new vehicle. First looking at cars and then pricing, Alex and James were very knowledgable and helpful. This is my first time purchasing a vehicle through a dealership and I have to say this dealership made the process very smooth. Alejandro and Derek were able to help me find the right vehicle and for the price that worked for me, dream team!  Within my first week of owning the vehicle I had the unfortunate event of getting a flat tire. Service team and Tyler were incredibly helpful in resolving this issue, in loo of the situation, they were able to cover all costs of replacing the tire!  Best customer service I’ve seen in a while, keep up the great work!

I was in the store this last Friday on April 8th picking up my 2019 GLI, and the entire team here made the experience so smooth and stress free. From being greeted by the smiling Andrea on arrival, to Mac and Derek in finance, who were kind enough to hold a door open for myself my daughter in her wagon. Finally, Derrick made the delivery of the car itself fantastic. He was very thorough in reviewing all of the cars features, and answered all of my questions. If you’re looking for a place to get your car where you know you’ll be taken care off, without any hassle, look no further than Fifth Ave.

We just bought a certified pre owned from dealership and had the best experience! We went in on New Year’s Eve to look at a 2019 Golf and we’re greeted by Tudor who is the best! He is extremely kind and thorough! We did a test drive on a few vehicles, went through the reports for them all and laughed along the way. We decided on one and he got everything organized and sorted. We then dealt with Mac in finance who is also fantastic, followed by Derrick for our delivery. This team is truly fantastic and they really do make you feel like part of the family! They even remembered my partners birthday on new years and wished him a happy birthday when we went back to pick up our vehicle   Happy to own a vehicle from them and look forward to future business together! Great customer service. Very friendly staff. Staff very knowledgeable of products  and pricing. I visited 2 other VW dealerships in Calgary and was very disappointed with how slow their service is and how long we waited to not even get straight answers. VW fifth avenue sales team were very knowledgeable we were able to have the information we wanted in less than 10 minutes. Finance manager was also very helpful and efficient. Thank you Jeff and Mac for great experience.

I came to fifth ave Volkswagen just to take a look at some vehicles, Alejandro helped me out immediately in finding not only a great vehicle, but the one that suited my needs best. There was also a confusion with the winter tires that were supposed to come with the car, he quickly resolved the issue for me and made sure I was taken care of. Excellent service and friendly staff, would highly recommend
