When we arrived the place was about half full on a Thursday night. Arrived approximately 5:45 p.m. We were in town just for the night (passing through). Decided to try Frankies as reviews were consistently good. Great choice. We were waited on quickly. Pizza came timely (about 25 minutes--didn't time it). Excellent amount of topping and perfectly crispy crust. We paid cash but I noticed others use a credit card so confused by previous review that said cash only. Will gladly come again if ever in town.

We love Frankie's Pizza. Whenever we go to Ashland we make sure we stop at Frankie's. They cut the toppings into small pieces so every bite has a full flavor and the crust is really good. There's nothing fancy but the food and prices are excellent.

Spent 20 years in the pizza business and this was some of the best crust/sauce that I have tried. Double cheese meant double cheese.

Have loved this place since it was introduced to me as a child by my father. They consistently have the best pizza in the area in my opinion. Been enjoying Frankie's for over 30 years at this point, it is the only pizza I will eat when I am in Northern Wisconsin. Glad to see this place still around.
