My friend has been asking me to try this place for almost 5 months and finally I tried it Verdict : - I guess it was hyped up too much. The burger was moist and oily. - the Nashville sauce was tasty. - I ordered chicken strips Hot AF but it was not spicy at all. - I felt the burger was too plain cause it only had the chicken and bread coated with sauce. I would maybe try this place again if it was my only choice I’ve had better !
Very underwhelming. I went to the one in Toronto and it was much better. I paid 17.99 for 5 strips and onion rings and I got 5 onion rings. Way too over priced. Chicken was very dry and tasteless. I don’t know how but fast food restaurant chains have better chicken than this place.
I placed an order through Uber Eats: so they did not allow me to put a bad review on Uber Eats, so I decided to put it here: I paid about $30 for this. It was not fresh, and the souses were missing. :

Ordered Two 5 piece chicken tender combos. The food arrived ice cold. The chicken was dry and burnt tasting. It had heat as we ordered Nashville hot but the chicken had no taste aside from being spicy and burnt tasting. Was excited to try this place out but very disappointed. Would not recommend
I’ve ordered the jalapeño popper chicken sandwich combo twice now, once through Uber and once I did pickup. Both times, i was just given the regular chicken sandwich with pickles and sauce-no jalapeños, no queso and no coleslaw. The regular sandwich is good but if I wanted that I would’ve just ordered it instead of paying more for the jalapeño sandwich.
Chicken burger was good 3 nice size strips nice n crispy, good portion of crispy curly fries, 4 stars cuz i dint get the coleslaw
Note that Frankie's is a part of the LoneStar restaurant. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches a side order of chicken fingers and onion rings. Found the fried chicken to be overcooked and not tender. The outside batter tasted burned in parts when you bit into it. Way too crispy burned and chewy. Would not recommend.
RE:SkipTheDishes Nashville Hot?! More like Nashville Not! The chicken was an alright size and it was delivered piping hot but it was still a dry, and the hot sauce was not hot. Maybe I should haven taken their hottest hot sauce to feel something. The curly fries were okay, hard to screw that up. The honey dill sauce was just dill though, nothing fancy there. The sandwhich held together nicely but still felt overly greasy. It didn't seem like the chicken was tossed in sauce but just lathered onto the bun. Would I go again? Probably but nit in the near future.
Don’t do it! Tried this because my daughter recommend it. She said she read reviews on line. When it arrived there was so much grease it soaked through the bottom of each individual box. We ordered the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich x 3. We all though it was terrible.. onion rings were really greasy. Dill dipping sauce was good. Slaw the worst I ever had. The meal was delivered by Uber eats. They were prompt. Total for 3 sandwiches was 55.00. Plus tip. One of the worst meals I ever had. We could not finish.
