4.4 / 5 - much better than I expected - but I was in a rush. So they didn’t even have a chance to make something fresh. I gambled and took a sandwich that was made and in the heater. I would usually never do that - but was headed to fine dining and wanted to pad my stomach before dinner. The spicy chicken - unbelievable - bread/bun was okay - but the star was the chicken - by my 2nd bite, I looked down at the sandwich like “are you really this food”. It got scored well because I’m looking forward to going back. Harman the server was nice. I think the place could improve its service - but that’s an owner issue. Also no Coke Zero - only Diet Coke. So there is room for improvement. I’m looking forward to trying the grilled chicken next time.

Unassuming cashier stayed on the phone taking an order while my family and I waited right in front of her to order - just under 10 mins! She never made eye contact or smiled or bothered to call anyone else, until I prompted. Once I ordered, was told order would take 15 mins. Waited 31 minutes. Was told there is a trainee in the kitchen. Upsetting that I wasn't told that before I ordered! Food, average. Not worth the fuss behind ordering - so much for 'fast food'. This is 6pm on a Friday with barely a handful of customers in view! At least 3 others visibly upset about the delay and unapologetic service First time here, not to return unfortunately. Also, bathrooms dirty. Also a worrying sign about what the kitchen may be like. #halal
I found the food to be good, although not exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the tandoori fries and strips, but I was not a fan of the sandwich and the fried chicken. The service was also good, the staff was friendly and accommodating. In terms of price, I found it to be reasonable and in line with my expectations.
Tried Chickqueen after seeing good reviews for the first time. Lot better than KFC. The burger tasted very good . I liked Tandoori bites which are spicy. Overall would recommend ChickQueen.Food: 4/5
Food is really good and fresh! The new go to place for fried chicken! Love the double crunchy and really like the fact that you can upgrade to double in your combos and meals! Very reasonably priced and tastes delicious!
Stopped to try this on the way to walmart and was pleasantly surprised! The place was quiet and clean. The fries were crunchy like costco fries and the chicken sandwich tasted fresh. The food did take 15 minutes to cook but they had told us beforehand. Staff working was really nice. All in all worth it!Food: 5/5

Food was generally okay, but the chicken just tasted like salt to me, wayy too salty. The drumstick was also undercooked, literally pink... I hope to God I don't get food poisoning. We also waited 30 mins for our food... The mac and cheese was like spoonfuls for $2.45...? The rest of the portions were okay size, that's the only good thing.
Firstly, the size of the chicken in the sandwich was significantly smaller than the bun itself. It felt like an unbalanced ratio. Moreover, the chicken itself appeared to be refried, which was quite evident from its texture and taste. The quality seemed compromised. I must mention that I tried the same sandwich at ChickQueen other branch few days back near Eglinton & Dixie, and it was significantly better in terms of both portion size and flavor.
