The food is disgusting. Don't let the pictures fool you. They have a tendency to fry all their food in spoil and rancid oil. The taste makes you want to vomit. This happens 90% of the time. I would hate to see their kitchen because this level of incompetence is unacceptable and who knows what goes on in that dirty restaurant. The chicken strips tasted like dirt. The fries are dipped in reused oil. The onion rings are the only thing that were somewhat delicious and yet the serving size is for ants. This place needs to be shut down and not a soul would miss it. Avoid and save your time and money, there is better food everywhere. Do better, Frankies.
BURNT, BURNT and BURNT. First time ordering from UberEats tonight and WOW couldn't have been worse. How does something like that even leave the restaurant? Are there no managers? Burnt chicken fingers, stale cold curly fries and garlic toast that was only toasted on one side. Really? Even toast is too much for this place. STRAIGHT TO THE BIN!
Wow this chicken sandwich was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've ever had in my life!!!! The crispiness, the flavour, the bun, the pickles, and the sauce. So so good! You can choose your spice level. This is my new spot for fried chicken sandwiches.
Ordered the Hot Chicken Sandwich Combo, it was disgusting. The bun was dry and stale and the chicken looked and tasted gross. The food ended up in the garbage. It’s shameful when you spend good money and they send you really bad food. I will never order again.
The only thing good about this place is the curly fries. Undercooked chicken, missed order items, and no sauce on the chicken. I don't know why I ordered again. Super hit or miss. Wouldn't bet on it. Wouldn't recommend.
I live 8 mins away from their Dixon location. I ordered through uber because I was busy and thought I'd save some time. It took just under 2hrs from the time I placed the order to receive it. After all that, it was missing dip that I paid for and the food was all cold.Food: 1/5
They keep giving me unseasoned strips. First time I ordered ho-humno sauce it came with a sweet-heat type of seasoning. The next time I ordered after that, the strips were completely free of seasoning & totally tasteless. So I ordered the version with sauce which was too hot. The next time I ordered no sauce & it was unseasoned again. No sauce doesn't mean no seasoning.
Had carry out from here. Unfortunately they missed the margarita. I either had to come back to get it or email them for a refund. Let’s see if I get it. The curly fries were fabulous. The sandwich however was absolutely bland. I had ordered mild and it didn’t have much taste to it whatsoever. Also it was very soggy. Overall, that was my first and my last visit. Update a week later: I have emailed both the local restaurant as well as the corporate address after they commented on my review and no one has bothered to respond.
I ordered five minutes to close and received an undercooked chicken sandwich which resulted in salmonella poisoning. I would give zero stars if possible
I would recommend this joint — their chicken sandwich is legit and if you like heat get the Frankie’s Hot AF sauce on it! I ordered via UberEats, their two person combo I ordered onion rings for one and curly fries for the other arrived still hot. The tequila slushies came with salt and orange slices.... soo gooood! If you’re looking for a really good chicken sandwich I’d recommend 100% + their onions rings are great too!
