They don't like to answer the phone when I call. The times they do answer they aren't very nice about it. The pizza is great when I'm actually able to order one.

Best crust, best sauce and freshest toppings. I've had all of the pizza in Thunder Bay and this tops them all! Amazing! Excellent customer service and they treat you with respect every time! Super fast delivery even across the city.

Ordered two panzarottis. They were under baked, and filled with cheap toppings like canned mushrooms and cheap deli ham. The "sauce" that was served on the side was just unseasoned thin tomato puree. I hope that's not what they put on their pizza.

Food is good, but the son's owner does not listen to the order when people are placing it. How can you mistake a panzerotti and a pizza? Even worst, he refused to refund the tip when I had the order replaced? I geuss when I go there and he is there, I go elsewhere for my panzerotti.
