Kept in touch with me through out the trouble shooting process when I went in for an engine issue. Wanted to know the logic behind what they were looking at and it made sense. Car was fixed promptly and for a reasonable rate. Will return again for work in the future.

I called to get an appointment for a oil change and a front end alignment.  Prices seemed inline with other shops but I was told because the vehicle wasn't serviced there before it needs a $50 inspection first before any work is done.  This Mercedes just came off warranty in January and was fully serviced by the dealer before it came off warranty.  I was told this is their policy as it is normally $60, to me it is another way to extort money from the customer. Off to another shop !

Went there for Krown rustproofing. It was my first time getting this done. The employees were well dressed, very professional and appeared happy to be there. The process was thoroughly explained and they answered all my questions. The process was done in about an hour (as promised). Very happy with the whole experience.

My partner and I lost our transmission on our cross-country trip, just outside of Kenora. A local mechanic helped us find Frank Motors, who immediately found us a used transmission, before we even reached the city. Once we got our car towed to Winnipeg the guys took care of us right away. They had our new/used tranny in by the end of the week and we were able to get back on the road in no time! They were extremely helpful in prioritizing what needed to be done, and were always conscientious of our budget. They even had a full assessment of our vehicle ready for us when we left! Highly recommend this place!

I came in for a feul line leak and they suggested it was the pressurizing pump that had a leak after running a "smoke test" . $500 later my check engine light came back on and later taking it to another machanic he informed me that that was not the case. The customer service is awesome and a clean car is always great but I would rather have a great job done on the repair of itself then left feeling ripped off by the impression that the " iceing is just as good as the cake".Very friendly staff with lots of knowlege I'm sure but from my experience im getting more of a "sales man" impression rather than a company that values long term customers .
