This place used to be called "Harveys" I believe. So maybe the other reviews are depending on the old business. My bf and I are travellers coming from BC, Canada and found out in Sault Ste. Marie that our tires were bald and needed an alignment (previous owner did not take care of vehicle. Things we were unaware of.) Ed, the owner of the shop took our appointment as we were driving and fit us in the next day. The day of he got us new tires delivered within the hour and had our vehicle made safely to drive. This was a busy time of year and he still was patient and kind with our needs. I appreciate this business so much at this moment as I am driving off at 4pm, still daylight and able to get to my destination. Thank you Ed for your customer service. Highly Recommended.

Great auto shop, i would highly recommend coming here, been a customer for a year now and Ed has always been kind to me and other customers

Horrible service!!. I went in to get an oil pan changed on my jeep and certification(a 2 hour job)- I provided all the parts, bolts, etc. And they had the audacity to keep my jeep for 3 days and charge me $720 WITHOUT certification. At the end my jeep came out with MORE problems then it went in with AND they changed and fixed parts without my permission!
Owner speaks extremely rude over the phone and isn't accommodating at all
~ $720 without certification and I provided the parts !!! ~

I would give this shop a NEGATIVE 1 for review.
I most definitely recommend taking your business ELSE WHERE! (At least you will have a better chance of getting your vehicle fixed PROPERLY)

this place deserves a NEGATIVE 100 because they cant do anything right brake my parts that i need to buy and then buy another one this place dosnt deserve to have a shop, rude owner never go here bad service save your money
