Extremely bad experience with this company. Ordered clothes, they charged my credit card but NEVER sent the clothes. I have repeatedly emailed them about this with absolutely no reply. Would never recommend them to anyone. I have reported their practice to the credit card company to try to get my money back.
Used to like this store but like others I’ve order some stuff a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. No response from the customer service either
Ordered a few things from them expecting designer quality but sadly the overall quality wasn't worth how much you pay. The shirts were great at first but the necks on them quickly stretched out. I followed proper washing instructions but they faded and shrank to a child's size from a size medium. Pants have been ok so far but not worth $90
I haven't been to the store, but I've been ordering online about once every month. I LOVE their clothing and their customer service. TOP NOTCH! This is a MEMBERS-ONLY Clothing brand/store. Don't wanna sign up? GOOD! More for me. As a Hunt Club member, I love my 8% back on all purchases, and only lures me into buying even more cool clothing, for cheaper. Once you make your first purchase, you're pretty much getting discounts on everything you buy after. I would say "highly recommended", but I'd like to keep the greatness to myself! Sizing is a bit tight/small, but everyone should be able to fit their normal sizes. I find the quality of the clothing top notch. NONE of my clothes have any fading, loose stitching, loose buttons, or anything like that after several washes.
I have also found their shirt sizing to be somewhat inconsistent, but I haven't bought anything online from them for a while so this may have changed. Their store location is very nice, and has a modest selection of their products available. There's also a barber shop with two very skilled barbers who offer haircuts and beard trims/styling for a pretty reasonable price. The cafe is actually excellent, and served me the best cappuccino I've had in Montreal. Also there is sometimes a French bulldog who hangs around the atelier. He is awesome. That is all.
Ethically bankrupt, poor quality, inconsistant sizing, and I have been warned that they are terrible employers. I stopped shopping with them around the time they decided to support that "all lives matter" nonsense on their Instagram. It's been over a year that I have been trying to get off the email list, but they keep sending emails to asking me to reactivate to my account every few days.
I signed up for the subscription box because I don't like to go shopping. I'm four months in and I love it. When did shop in-store, the employees were eager to help me find what I was looking for, and get it in the right size. Doing my exchanges and returns were really easy.
Great products and only getting better. The quality of some stuff is very high and some other items its a reasonable quality but its all for a very reasonable price so its advantageous in that sense. You get free shipping both ways how can you possibly complain, 4% cash back in store credit and discount coupons at least once a month. I've been shopping here since their inception and its only up from there. Great products, really excellent customer service and good prices.
I have a few items from Frank & Oak but don't plan on ordering anymore. For starters the product is cheaply made for the price you pay. Yes the product is relatively inexpensive compared to other stores but I can get a shirt of better quality for a cheaper price at a name brands factory store. My advice is to stay away, they do nothing to stand out, their customer service is below par, and if you have an issue all you receive is store credit. PASS
