One of the most professional and easy to work with. I bought a set of new tires and wanted to keep my previous set. Knowing I was waiting nearby, the team worked quickly to get my vehicle ready faster than I expected! They also wrapped my old tires and loaded them into my car for me. Convenient booking system followed by a confirmation call. Speedy, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great customer service.

This location has the best staff in Vancouver. I’ve never had bad service and they really look after their company standards. Prices are decent but could be lower.. that’s economy. Keep your vehicle up to date so you don’t over crowd the repair. Things like tyre swaps and balances are quick, but don’t do it too late, if at all. I was recommended all season and they were great for 2 years plus.

My BMW had run flat tires that’s required special tools for repairs. Victor was able to squeeze me in during busy winter titre swap season last minute and got everything fixed in an hour. Thanks man. Pro tip. Come early like 8am if you have last minute tasks.

I’m a bit late on this review but better now them never. First and foremost I would like to thank Fountain Tire Marine for preventing a future accident and potentially saving my life. I brought my vehicle in for servicing claiming an issue with the steering only to find out the control arm was completely disconnected. While waiting in the shop Victor explained to me how serious the damage was even showing me what potentially went wrong. I booked my vehicle and dropped it off first thing in the morning. It did take a bit to get everything right again but honestly it was more my bad on my part since I haven’t been keeping up with maintenance since 2018. Overall my experience with Fountain Tire Marine Drive has been a blast. The staff are very helpful in your needs and are also very professional. If you need a place to service your vehicle wether that be the engine or suspension they got you covered. Except for bodywork but I feel I don’t need to explain that. Another tip is to book in advance, they tend to be very busy during the winter season Nov-Dec so plan accordingly. Hope this review is useful as they do deserve the business

Can't recommend this shop highly enough. The manager, Victor, goes out of his way for each and every customer. I always ask a lot of questions about services being done and these guys don't make you feel like you're taking up someone's time. The team here takes pride in their service especially customer service and it shows. I needed a buyers check on a craigslist find of a 4runner. The manager had personal experience with this model and gave some expert pointers about the vehicle. 1.5 years later and his advice has proven absolutely accurate. Highly recommend this shop.

I gotta say, after moving to BC i have been so blessed to find Victor and the whole team at Fountain Tire. They Have truly come out of there shoes several times to help me, with out taking advantage. The Acumen and Integrity shown by this team is hard to find, It shines when you sit in the waiting room, watching the relationships they have created with their clients over the years. You've created a loyalist out of me!

The representatives are friendly and nice. However, it takes 3 hours to get tires changed with appointment reserved 12 days ago. Even I phoned in advance and was told ready by the time you come. However, after I were there. It was another hour of wait. They should have honestly said it was not ready when I phoned.

Thank you so much Victor for all the help. Pulled in to this place after my car started to shut down on the bridge due to a broken alternator belt. It was Saturday 16:30 when we rolled in. Victor got the parts and helped fix the car in under an hour flat We even made it home for dinner : Amazing work! Best people!!

Superb service. Showed up 30 minutes to close fully expecting to have to schedule for another time but asked anyway. Everyone was very accommodating and fixed my nail-punctured tire. Went above and beyond what was required and I thank you. Will for sure be a repeat customer.

Very positive experience and excellent service! My car broke down while I was waiting in the drive-thru at the McDonald's across the parking lot. I supposed I was really lucky that Fountain Tire was in the same lot. It was Saturday near closing time, but the guys still spend some time to inspect the issue. The owner is a great guy and took care of my car breakdown swiftly. Parts came in on Monday and I picked up the car on the same day. The bill was also very reasonable after some comparison.
