Welcome, we understand that sometimes car repair can be stressful and try and do everything we can to make our customers feel welcome, valued and satisfied with their service expierence. We like to try and make your servicing needs hassle free by offering an early bird and night-owl drop-box and a pick up and drop off service so that you can go on with your with your day and let us worry about your car. Lastly we know that sometimes you forget about regular maintenance and offer service reminders so that your car stays in top condition. When its time for maintenance, we remember you.

Here, we like to pride ourselves on our work. Not everyone can speak the language of cars, but we can. Our technicians are continually updating with online training courses and follow the latest trend with motor vehicles. Whether you cars 30 minutes old or 30 years old, if you've got a problem with it, we can help !

Would not recommend. Would not trust. No attention to detail. They were one of the few mechanics that would take our camper van. We wanted to drive it to Baja so we got an inspection to make sure it could handle the trip. They knew our plans and told us it was fine to drive after the work they did. We took it to a mechanic in Portland who said it is not road safe and will not get us to Mexico. They were shocked that anyone could have thought it was fine to drive after looking at it let alone doing $3000 worth of work on it. It would have been preferable to receive this kind of honesty in Vancouver before sinking lots of money into it and putting ourselves in a dangerous situation. Not necessarily disappointed in the work they did but frustrated they did any work at all when it was not fixable.

Dave lies about what is wrong with your car. Over charge you and then blame you. The only reason they have over 4 stars is because their cabs up the review points. I had them fix my oil gasket. They said it was something rediculous. I made them fix the oil pan gasket so they did a garbage job and still charged me $350. I paid to find out they're liars. Then that they are cheats. Now I paid $300 to have it fix in one day with one visit and they were more honest and way more respectful. Don't waste your money when you can see all the cabs that will lie for them as honest shop. THEY ARE TRASH. I CALLED THEM OUT ON IT. THEY BACKED EACH OTHER TO SCREW ME OVER.

I’ve been taking my car to Dave at Carsmart since before it was my car, and I’ll never go anywhere else. I like that I can support a local small business- a literal mom-and-pop joint- and get the service and efficiency you’d expect from a national chain. Dave and his team always provide exceptional service at really reasonable rates, Patty is the friendly face who keeps the books, and their son Nathan manages the office and keeps everyone happy. Carsmart is the only place I’ll take my baby to and I recommend them highly to everyone I know.Services:&nbsp;Tires

Dave was nice enough to help us out on a road trip from kelowna to the island when the vehicle started “making some noise”. He checked it out on very short notice on a Saturday and sent us on our way after a quick diagnosis that was nothing major. Didn’t even charge for the service. Awesome customer service! Will definitely recommend to our lower mainland friends. Thank you Dave!!

Went to get my clutch replaced a few weeks ago and ended up with starter and steering issues directly after driving off. Started calling the owner about the issues to try and find a solution but all of a sudden no answer. Seems like I’m not the only one that walks in to this shop and ends up with new problems coming out. Seems a little fishy to me. If it weren’t for the fact that they were one of the only shops open the day I got it fixed I would have ended up going elsewhere. Newcomers beware, I wouldn’t trust this shop.

Someone by the name of Nathan helped me. He helped me pick out the right headlights and give me somewhat resnable quote. He was very friendly and helpful and greeted me with a pleasant smile. Very good service.Service:&nbsp;Brake service &amp; repair

Fast, accurate, and good price for an excellent job done! Volvo could not figure out the problem with my 2017 Volvo V60. Dave was able to accurately diagnose the problem by listening to my description of what was happening with my car; he ordered the part and had my car fixed in less than 48 hours!
